My services provide small business and residential customers with computer, network, and security solutions to maximize performance and satisfaction. I have a $50 hourly rate, billable to the nearest half hour but most projects are on a case by case basis so please contact me for accurate pricing. I do not believe in charging my customers for phone consultations, estimates or diagnostics. Remote support is a reduced rate. I Promise to provide my customers with the best possible solution at an affordable price. My main goal is to make sure that the services I provide are complete, accurate and within the budget or time frame discussed. If Total satisfaction is not met, replacement of parts or equipment shall be returned to the customer in the original configuration at no cost. This includes network equipment, hardware, software or other services that require parts or setup. As part of my satisfaction guarantee, a free estimate of work will be agreed upon prior to service.
